Tour conditions

Local tax VAT included in fees, for guided visits only. Entrance fees to museums or monuments or transportation not included.
Payment terms:
- For total amount <500€, advanced payment of 100€, remainder at the end of the visit.
- For total amount > 500€, advanced payment of 20%, remainder 3 days before the visit.
- Payment method: Bank wire for EURO Zone accounts, credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 3 days before: no costs, advanced is returned excepted bank fees, if any.
- Up to 24h before: 20% of total amount.
- Less than 24h: 100% of total amount.
Our conditions may vary for events (big groups booked), as well as during high season.
